This is what people who don’t have a sales process to. They sell with their personality.
Our sales training program has 3 main elements
1. A sales process called READ that gives a person a road map to connecting, getting clear on what the prospect needs, offering a solution, then making the sale. It’s a practical process that works in any situation except for the most complicated sales.
2. DiSC Sales Profile assessment and training. This is a proven workplace profile that helps people to see themselves as they are, understand others, then learn how to adapt their style to meet the need of their prospect. When you pair DiSC with READ (part 1), you have a great combination.
3. Understanding how to present the strengths and uniqueness of their company in a compelling way that makes the prospect feel confident and interested in doing business
Our in-house program can be done in 1 day, 2 half-days, or over 4 – 8 weeks 75 minutes at a time. We’re flexible! We’re also not a cookie cutter, one size fits all type of company. We tailor our material to incorporate your company and products and services.

Sales Mastery is a sales improvement program unlike any other. It combines three essential components:

1. Sales Training
Over the course of a year you will attend 12 sessions. The first meeting will be nearly a full day. Other sessions will range from 2.5 – 4 hours. 2. Sales Coaching
Unlike most sales training in the Bay Area you’ll get in to the mental side of sales with Sales Mastery. This is where Sales Coaching comes in. You could have all the best techniques down cold, yet still fail to hit your goals. Why? Because you’re not mentally in it. 3. Mastermind Sessions
Sales Mastery is a group program for two reasons: 1. Accountability to your peers, and 2. Group problem solving through mastermind sessions. In the months where you are not setting goals, you will have a 2.5 hour session where you’re held accountable to your quarterly goals.
